Steps 1. In a skillet or wok, heat oil over med-high heat 2. Lightly fry the garlic until golden brown. Once cooked, set aside on a plate 3. Add the nai bai into your skillet or wok and stir fry for about 30 seconds 4. Add the ginger, oyster sauce and sesame oil and cook for another 30 seconds, mixing the them well 5. Plate your nai bai into your servicing dish and set aside 6. Boil your sliced fish in a pot of boiling water for 30 seconds 7. Place your cooked fish on top of the naibai and serve!
