We adopt cutting-edge hydroponics technology to ensure our crops are grown in the cleanest and safest environment possible. This means we do not use any pesticides or harmful chemicals throughout our farming process!

We offer sustainable packaging options for customers who subscribe for more than 8 weeks. Join us in our efforts to tackle climate change and reduce waste!
Singapore Harvest Box:
– Mix of both local vegetables & salad greens (You choose your favourite 6 options)
– Get up to 1kg worth of leafy greens per box (*note, one-time orders will get a random mix of our freshest vegetables)
– Customization Options (*subscribers only, give us 1 week notice to change your box contents)
– Delivered to you in a reusable cooler bag to prolong freshness (*subscribers only)

Delivery and Box Contents:
A separate order form will be sent to you after payment to confirm the delivery date (min 5 days lead time) and box contents. Please indicate your preferred contact details on the payment page and we will get back to you within 2 days to double-confirm your order.
Storage & Preparation tips:
– Keep refrigerated. If kept inside a ziploc bag, the vegetables will last between 7 to 10 days.
– Avoid compressing the vegetables during storage.
– Do not store them near ethylene-producing fruits such as apples and mangoes
– Wash before use.

Refund Policy:
We do not offer returns/exchanges as our vegetables are perishable products with a limited shelf-life. Refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis. If you encounter any issues, please take a picture of the product and send us an email at support@urbangreendot.sg.
