How to germinate seeds using rockwool:

1) Cut the number of rockwool cubes you require using a scissors.

2) Place the rockwool cubes in a tupperware or container and soak it in water for 2-3 minutes.

3) Pour away the water and the container with some water (~1cm) to ensure the seeds do not dry.

4) Place the seeds into the hole of the rockwool cube.

5) Place in a dark environment until seeds have germinated.

6) Put it under a grow light or under the sun/window

How to root cuttings using rockwool:

1) Cut the herb/plant you want to replicate using a clean scissors. Ensure there are nodes on the plant by removing the lower leaves.

2) Place the cutting into the rockwool tightly. If the plant stem is weak, open a bigger and deeper hole using a chopstick.

3) Place the rockwool and cutting into a tupperware/container of water

4) Wait for roots to appear after 1-2 weeks.
